The questionnaire is designed to help the AI4ED team understand what information emergency department clinicians need in a past medical history summary and how that information should be presented in practice.
Public access is not open at this time. Participation is limited to eligible and approved participants who receive access through the project team.
Who this is for
Emergency Department physicians and nurses who use ConnectCare and regularly review past medical history during acute care workflows.
What we are studying
We want to understand which information is most vital in a past medical history summary and how it should be presented to support real clinical use.

The questionnaire remains in progress and is currently available only through the approved-participant process.
